Practical and Affordable Industrial Screed Floors
Midland Flooring Ltd employ a number of methods of thin-section screed placement – from hand mixing to machine placement. Once mixed correctly, we apply the floor screed over an area to the desired depths with a floor-levelling tool to leave a level, smooth surface that is ready to accept foot traffic within four hours and forklift traffic within twenty four hours.
We can lay to a depth of between 5 – 50mm with 2 of our trained installers able to lay 1000m2 per day
All screed used is BS EN 13813 compliant with a CT-C30-F7 strength rating
